Where the technology, business process and marketing overlap. This is done through gaining a genuine feel and thorough understanding of your industry sector. Looking at the strengths and weaknesses across the board. In a short space of time we can tie down some key objectives of your new webstie and see how we can leverage the web to put you ahead.

That's a good question. Firstly we look at what you want the web site to achieve, Sales? Customer support? Informational? Community?. Then I will design a couple of "look and feel" concepts to give us a starting point on what works creatively but also fulfills its function (form & function)

So now we have something pretty to look at, what now Glen?

Good question again! Now we are ready to do the webby bit which is either making static (html) web pages based on the design we have agreed or something more funky like flash still based on the design we agreed though. ; )

Just add water.

And typically within a week or two we will have a web site ready to launch and tweak over the following weeks.
