below is a short contact form kind of like an ice breaker. I prefer email but no one likes to stare at an empty email so to break the ice so to speak you can fill out my 2 field form.

In keeping with my open communication policy, my 2 field form has no required fields. Seriously we can only chat if you say something so just for this part of our relationship I need you to jot down what you wanna talk about.
